Oasis are back and have confirmed a series of UK and Ireland shows next summer. Noel and Liam Gallagher confirmed the long-awaited comeback on Tuesday morning saying 'the great wait is over'.
The band will be playing 17 shows as part of the Oasis Live 25 tour which will see the band visit Cardiff's Principality Stadium, Manchester’s Heaton Park, London’s Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium and Dublin’s Croke Park.
The dates are as follows: Principality Stadium July 4 and 5; Heaton Park July 11, 12, 19, 20, 25 and 26; Wembley Stadium August 2 and 3; Murrayfield Stadium August 8 and 9; and Croke Park August 16 and 17.

There are also plans for dates outside Europe. Confirming the news, Oasis said: “The guns have fallen silent, The stars have aligned. The great weight is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
Tickets for all the UK gigs will go on sale at 9am on Saturday morning, with fans able to buy tickets for the Dublin show from 8am. Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster, Gigs and Tours and See Tickets.
A presale for tickets is being held on Friday ahead of the general sale. To take part in the pre-sale fans needed to register in a ballot before Wednesday night.

What is the capacity of Manchester Heaton Park?
For concerts and gigs, Heaton Park has a capacity of 80,000. However, we are awaiting final confirmation over how many tickets will be sold for the Heaton Park gigs announced so far. It may vary, and weekday shows may have a lower capacity than weekend shows.
How to get tickets for Manchester dates
Tickets for Manchester will go on sale at the same time as the rest of the UK dates, at 9am on Saturday, August 31. Tickets will be available to buy online from several merchants.
You will be able to get tickets from Ticketmaster, Gigs and Tours and See Tickets. Fans also have a chance to access a presale on Friday.
